Analysis of 3D mesh silver fiber fabric:
3D mesh silver fiber fabric is mainly used to shield high and low frequency radiation. It is made of nylon as the matrix, permanently combined with pure silver using a special process, and then woven into a 3D mesh silver fiber fabric with a high silver content of 18.3g per square meter using a three-dimensional dense hole knitting technique. It is the key to making the fabric more three-dimensional, soft, comfortable, vertical, and quick drying. Our fabric is an AIII level radiation resistant fabric with a shielding range of up to 100GHz and a shielding rate of up to 99.99%. At the same time, it enhances stability, acid and alkali resistance, and antibacterial effect, making it the preferred fabric for our adult home series and children's series products.

Fabric testing method:
(1) Combustion detection method:
Burning will burn all the cotton and polyester in the fabric, leaving behind a dense metal mesh that shields electromagnetic waves (Note:this method is only suitable for metal fiber fabrics)

(2) Sliding phone screen detection method:
Pinch a corner of the fabric with your hand to slide the phone screen. Sliding represents that the fabric is conductive and can prevent radiation. Silver and metal fibers can slide to prevent radiation, while ordinary fabrics cannot slide the phone screen (Note: Pinch the fabric instead of holding it down and sliding on the phone with your hand)
