Analysis of Shuihuaqingyang Metal Fiber Fabric: Made of 316L stainless steel extracted from concentrate, it has been continuously soaked in seawater for 72 hours to improve its conductivity, salt spray resistance, and corrosion resistance, resulting in a shielding rate of up to 99.9%. Each bundle of fibers contains multiple strands of fibers that effectively shield high and low frequencies, with a shielding performance of up to 100GHz. At the same time, the metal double strands are combined to form a secondary force, and undergo thousands of bending experiments every day to improve the toughness of the metal fibers. After a series of complex processes, it is mixed with 50% pure cotton to obtain 32 high yarn strands, making the entire bundle of fibers more comfortable and stable in performance. It has long-term protection, wear resistance, washing resistance, machine washable, and close fitting.

Fabric testing method:
(1) Combustion detection method:
Burning will burn all the cotton and polyester in the fabric, leaving behind a dense metal mesh that shields electromagnetic waves. (Note:this method is only suitable for metal fiber fabrics)

(2) Sliding phone screen detection method:
Pinch a corner of the fabric with your hand to slide the phone screen. Sliding represents that the fabric is conductive and can prevent radiation. Silver and metal fibers can slide to prevent radiation, while ordinary fabrics cannot slide the phone screen. (Note: Pinch the fabric instead of holding it down and sliding on the phone with your hand)
