Once powered on, the assist system automatically enters assist mode. When the bicycle speed exceeds 5 km/h, the assist motor activates automatically. To accelerate, simply pedal faster — the assist power will increase accordingly, up to a maximum assist speed of 25 km/h. With P.Wheel’s support, light pedaling is enough to maintain a steady speed of 25 km/h.

To slow down, there are two options:

1.Reduce your pedaling cadence

2.Apply the brakes

As your speed decreases, the assist power will also reduce. During this time, P.Wheel continues to help maintain your reduced speed with light pedaling.

Note

In rainy, snowy, muddy, or wet road conditions, reduced friction between the assist wheel and the tire may lead to decreased or no assistance. This is a normal condition — please purchase with this in mind if you are concerned.
